Ivanjica is a small town located in southwestern Serbia.
It is one of first air spas in serbia.
Also, it helps with asthma, and other breathing problems.
It has 12.350 ihabitans.
Also, it is a great mix of nature and history.
It is a perfect place for people who love nature and history.
So here are things that you must see when in Ivanjica

Memorial Of Generalu Draža Mihajlović

Located in the center of the city,
this memorial is a sign of respect for a legendary Serbian leader.
He lead a movment in the Second World War.
And also he was born in Ivanjica.
Church of St. Emperor Constantine and Empress Helena
This church is one of the oldest buildings in Ivanjica.
Made in the 1840s,
the constructions started right after foundation of Ivanjica

Restorant Ivanjica

This is my favourite restaurant in Ivanjica ( only one I have been to)
But it doesn’t matter the interior is too cute.
And the food is awesome.
I’ve tried the carbonara they make, and I loved it.
But my favourite was Popara
(it is a Balkan dish made out of bread and milk)
I would totally recommend it!
“Uncle’s home”
Located be aside the monument of General Draža Mihaijlović.
This house is probably the oldest building in the whole city.
Adapting from the time when Ivanjica was not a city yet.
The president of the association “Naša Drina” wants to make it a museum.
So that would be open for everyone, who is willing to learn about General Draža Milaijlovoć.

And would you go to Ivanjica?
